Sigma Inc. was founded in 1994 by professionals from the power plant and valve industries out of necessity. The industry needed a thorough, faster and more cost effective alternative to answer critical needs. Sigma Inc. is a major supplier of valves to the power generation industry. Sigma’s primary focus is dedicating commercial grade items for nuclear safety related service, as well as supplying forged and cast valves from our large stock of inventory located in Charlestown, Indiana. We excel in supplying valves with special physical characteristics and documentation requirements. Sigma also supplies other power plant items required to fill an immediate critical need. Sigma has earned a superior reputation for supplying quality power plant components to the power industry for the past 25+ years. Sigma is a Certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE).
VALVES
Edward Valves
Sigma is an authorized stocking distributor of Edward valves and valve repair parts. Sigma can supply Edward small bore forged steel globe and check valves and large bore cast steel gate, globe and check valves. Standard material of construction for forged steel valves are: A105, F11, F22, F91 & F316 and WCB, WC6, WC9 and CF8M for cast steel valves.
Vogt Valves
Sigma is an authorized stocking distributor for Vogt Valves and valve repair parts. Vogt has been manufacturing quality small bore forged steel gate, globe & check valves since 1880. Sigma can supply Vogt valves in a broad range of standard and special configurations for most applications. Standard materials of construction are A105, F11, F22 and F316.
Other Valves
Sigma can supply other valve brands such as Velan, Powell, Crane, Schutte & Koerting, Hancock, Gulf, Aloyco, Techno, Worcester, McCanna, Swagelok, Allis Chalmens and many more. Sigma has over 1,700 N-Stamped valves in stock and available for immediate delivery with the Code Data Package. These products are made available by Sigma through a distribution network that Sigma has developed over the past 22 years.
